Bradley J. Huff is the founder and owner of Personnel & Recruiting Solutions, Inc., based in Naples, Florida - and the creator of the BeBetterAtWork™ Solutions, a program that helps business owners and company management build and retain a strong and loyal team of leadership and support personnel.  His entrepreneurial talents are diverse, and he has translated these talents into focusing on professional relationships and staff retention. 

Brad has over 20 years of experience in operations management and professional recruitment.  Through his work with companies and professionals in the Legal, Financial, Accounting, Healthcare, Marketing, Construction and various Service industries, he developed the BeBetterAtWork™ Solutions to address the problem of employee turnover and facilitate the development of lasting professional relationships.

Brad received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Hanover College.  He is active in community service through the support of a number of charitable organizations and is a member of The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Executive Club.
