I am the owner of a medium sized
construction company in South Florida and during the
boom years of construction from 2003 to 2006 my company
constantly struggled with both recruitment of new
employees and development of existing employees.
It seemed the company was caught in an endless loop of
poor recruiting choices and finger pointing among peers;
creating perpetual mediocrity in execution, planning and
achievement of goals.
Bradley and I had known each other
through some mutual acquaintances and having discussed
my business frustrations with him one day, he offered to
meet my staff and see if he could see any trends that I
was missing. After spending a relatively short
